We ensure our goods are of the highest quality, and we take the utmost care when packaging your order, but in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or damaged item please contact us within 7 days via email hello@rosaliving.co.nz. If you wish to return an item we ask that you return it in original condition. Please email us to arrange this.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.
