How long will it take my order to ship?

We understand that getting your order quickly is important to you! We endeavour to ship your order the next business day.  

How long does delivery take?

NZ - North Island orders will take 1-2 business days to be delivered, and South Island orders will take 2-3 business days. For rural delivery please allow 1-2 days longer. 

Australia - orders are shipped by NZ Post and take 5-10 working days. However occasionally some parcels are still experiencing further delays. If your parcel is urgent please email us (hello@rosaliving.co.nz) for FEDEX shipping rates.   

How much is shipping?

NZ - Shipping within NZ is a flat rate of $8.00. 

Australia - Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $35.00. 

Do you ship worldwide?

At this stage just to Australia. However please get in touch at hello@rosaliving.co.nz to see what we can arrange.
