1. The Customer

1.1 The Customer is the party specified as the buyer at check out.

2. Product Supply

2.1 Please note we offer on the Rosa Living website only items that are in stock. However if items are found to be out of stock for any reason, all payments made by the Customer for that item will be refunded within 5 working days and not held for future stock. 

3. Website Information

3.1 We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is up to date and correct at the time it was loaded onto the website. Please contact us at hello@rosaliving.co.nz if any inconsistencies are found.

3.2 The description of goods on the website is given as an aid in identification of the goods and it is not a condition of supply that the goods shall correspond precisely with the description given or that colors shall match samples exactly.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 We accept payment through Shopify payments, PayPal and Laybuy. We do not accept cash on delivery, EFTPOS or cheques. If you wish to do a direct debit please contact us at hello@rosaliving.co.nz.

4.2 For your safety, payments are processed on an independent secure hosted website. We do not store credit card details.

4.3 All prices are exclusive of shipping costs.  Please note we have no control over any customs or import duties that might be incurred when you package reaches its destination country.

5. Ordering process

5.1 Once payment has been received we will confirm your order via the email address you provided, and once your order is shipped we will email you the shipping confirmation.

6. Returns

6.1 In the event that you receive an incorrect item or damaged item please contact us within 7 days via email hello@rosaliving.co.nz6.2 Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

7.1 If you change your mind we can offer a refund or exchange on items within 7 days of purchase.  Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached.  The shipping costs to exchange items is at the expense of the customer.  Please contact us via email hello@rosaliving.co.nz to organise an exchange. 

7.2 Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.

8. Currency/GST

8.1 Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Your credit card will be billed in NZD. If you are using an International credit card, please check with your credit card provider for exchange rates and applicable fees. GST must be included for all goods delivered in New Zealand. 

9. Promotion

9.1 We reserve the right to exclude certain products and/or geography from our promotions.

10.1 All of the contect on this website, including, but not limited to, logos, text, graphics and images is the property of Blazing Daisy Limited, or third parties that have licensed such contect to us, and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. Reproducing, copying or republishing is prohibited.
